On the instructions of the Landowners, this excellent potential residential development site was marketed to a number of Housebuilders and Promoters with a view to finding a party to take it forward and obtain residential planning consent. Gallagher Estates were chosen to promote the site and finally achieved an Outline Planning Consent for 100 houses.
The consented site was then brought to the market on behalf of the Landowners and Gallagher Estates by James Coker Land Sales & Planning Ltd acting jointly with Knight Frank LLP.
This prime development site was eventually sold to Bloor Homes for a sum in excess of £8 million.
