James Coker Land worked with Knight Frank and the multiple landowner clients on a development and planning consultancy basis.
The site was within the greenbelt and is subject to lengthy negotiations about its future use. An agreement is in place with a developer to promote the land with a view to obtaining Residential Planning Consent from the local Planning Authority.
