James Coker Land continues to work with Knight Frank on a Consultancy and Land Agency brief for West Midlands Pension Fund. The client owns a greenfield site of approximately 12 acres on the edge of Kineton village, near to the school.
The site is currently under option and is being further promoted through the Stratford-up-Avon Local Plan Revision Document.
