James Coker Land worked with Knight Frank and a promoter to obtain Planning Consent for Residential Development on this land. They then acted for a private landowner and the promoter to prepare a proposal for the sale of this prime greenfield development site.
The site had outline planning consent for development of up to 150 units on an indicative masterplan that utilised 12.61 developable acres. The land was sold to a major housebuilder for £11.16 million.
