James Coker Land worked with Knight Frank to secure a sale (on a subject to planning basis) on a plot of land in Stow-on-the-Wold for a private individual.
The land is situated on the northern edge of Stow-on-the-Wold, to the eastern side of the A429 Fosse Way.
The site extends to 1.7567 hectares. Planning consent was eventually granted for:
- Phase 1: construction of a 48-bed residential dementia care home.
- A 44-apartment extra care home with the rest of the site turned into woodland.
